Cancellation Policy

ALL LAST MIN CANCELLATIONS will result in $20 fee (paid to barber on the same day of cancellation). ALL NO CALL NO SHOWS will result in $30 fee on top of the next haircut. If you choose not to pay the fee then consider yourself NO LONGER A CLIENT at BGS Barber Lounge (find a new barber). I respect ALL of my clients so I expect my clients to respect my policies as well. Its business at the end of the day. Due to time settings for appointments I give ALL CLIENTS a 5 MINUTE grace period (for kids and young men) & 10 MINUTE grace period (for adults). If you are more than 5-10 minutes late, myself along with my staff will proceed to continue on with the next client. Our time is very valuable so please don’t waste it being inconsiderate.
